EMCOR facilities services managing director Nick Morris has retired from the role.
He will continue to work with EMCOR part-time as a non-executive director of the EMCOR Group UK board.
EMCOR Group UK chief executive Keith Chanter will take on Morris' responsibilities, in addition to his group role.
Morris was with EMCOR since 2007 and in that time the division has grown substantially.
Chanter said: "Nick has been a great asset, building EMCOR Facilities Services into a strong, customer focused business by combining a powerful executive team with a highly skilled and dedicated employee base.
"The Board fully understands and supports Nick's decision to take early retirement and we are delighted that he has agreed to continue to act as a non executive director on our UK Group Board."
