Carillion IT Services has secured a three-year contract with Strathclyde Partnership for Transport to manage its communications network, including landline phones, mobile devices and remote monitoring of its wide area network.
Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) delivers solutions for all modes of transport across Strathclyde, in conjunction with 12 member Councils and industry partners.
The managed service, to be provided by Carillion IT Services, will be delivered to more than 700 employees spread between SPT's head office in Glasgow and transport hubs in the city, including the central Glasgow bus station, subway depot and several underground stations.
