Incentive Tec, part of the Incentive FM Group, has won a contract with property asset management specialist EPAM to provide a comprehensive range of engineering services across a portfolio of buildings in Manchester and Leeds.

Under the terms of the agreement, Incentive Tec will carry out vital mechanical and electrical and HVAC services while ensuring that all safety systems such as fire alarms and sprinkler systems remain fully operational and legally compliant.

The contract covers three properties in Manchester – One King Street (currently occupied by Waterstones), 1 The Avenue, Spinningfields (currently home to Armani, Australasia, CMS Cameron McKenna and Brewin Dolphin), and 3-5 Charlotte St (Bank of East Asia), as well as St Paul’s House in Leeds.

An Incentive Tec engineer will be based at each site for one day a week, with additional 24/7 support supplied by the organisation’s in-house mobile team, which is strategically placed across the UK.

Chris Windass, managing director at Incentive Tec, said: “Manchester and Leeds continue to attract significant investment as both local economies thrive. We are fully committed to providing world-class solutions that deliver true value for money for our clients.”
